FederalClear is a DIY software platform that provides credit readiness assessments and monitoring support. FederalClear does not repair credit, dispute items, remove records, or make guarantees about outcomes.

No Guarantees

FederalClear provides informational support only. We make no guarantees, promises, or representations about credit outcomes, approval rates, or score changes.

SMS Terms

Service Type: FederalClear sends transactional SMS messages for account alerts and monitoring notifications only.

Opt-In: By providing your phone number and opting in, you agree to receive text messages from FederalClear.

Frequency: Message frequency varies based on account activity. Standard message and data rates may apply from your carrier.

Opt-Out: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for assistance.

Supported Carriers: Compatible with all major U.S. carriers. Message delivery not guaranteed.

Not Required: SMS opt-in is not required to purchase or use FederalClear services.

Voice Services

FederalClear may provide informational voice support. Calls are for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional advice.

Payment Terms

Scan™ ($39 one-time) and Guard™ ($29/month) are billed via Stripe. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for understanding that FederalClear provides readiness insights only.

Limitation of Liability

FederalClear is not liable for any credit decisions, approvals, or denials. You use this service at your own discretion.

Termination

You may terminate your account at any time. We may terminate access for violations of these terms.
